For the launch of Squid Game Season 2, WhatsApp and Netflix turned Times Square into an immersive experiential takeover inspired by “Red Light, Green Light,” with the iconic doll controlling a large-scale digital environment that transformed the square into a real-world extension of the Squid Game universe.





“Red Light, Green Light” message thread comes to life—powering a WhatsApp collaboration where every text pulls Times Square deeper into the Squid Game universe.
